What is ENIF?

ENIF is a bright triple star (2.5m/7.8m/11m) in the constellation of Pegasus. Its distance is 800 lightyears and its absolute brightness is 7000 times the brightness of our sun. The spectral type of the main star is K2. The name "Enif" means "the nose of the horse".
